You know how alcoholics say: "Damn it's 9AM and I'm already drinking" etc.

Well oftentimes at hotel breakfasts, after I have cereal I also eat some sweet pastry with jam.

Then I say: "I started 'drinking' early."

The key to being healthy, living long and looking good is doing the exact opposite of what the shysters in the ministry of health recommend

Most of my sugar intake comes from fruits however, I drink gallons of orange juice and eat exotic canned fruits by the carload, so if I drank some vodka and took a piss in a glass I could pop a tiny umbrella in it and serve it to my guests as a cocktail
