funnily enough i think beauty pagents are one of the most safe places for girls. its very weird and low class but when it comes to genuine abuse i think it isnt as prevalant there, mostly because no child stars really come from there into main stream (since abuse is rewarded as a favour usually with stardom) (honey boo boo is the only one ik of, and well no offense but i dont think anyone was trying to abuse her in that way)
