if it's not a vax, what is causing the rise in deaths via strokes and heart attacks?

imagine how easy it could of been if even 50% of the population that stood up and said no.

all you had to do was say no. 

instead the men and women who appear on the black box you call a tv / computer convinced you while making you think you were "following the science".
