That is a result of people trying to overachieve and tire themselves out rather than efficiently trying to maximize the most output out of the work they put in.

And besides, the problems you talk about are rooted deep with -- censorship, poor self awareness, and poor government spending and mismanagement -- all of their mistakes being levied on the citizens at the end of the day. It requires political action and actively raising your voice against it. It is a collective effort. You're not gonna change anything by staying quiet about the current economic climate and not showing up to work.

All of the pieces must fall in place somewhat to get a sense of things -- no real point in acting like you're the designer of the puzzles all around us. Many are aimless because it's like we're thrown dual-sided, slide-puzzles & have no working set of what's feasible for us.

It doesn't matter if you wanna blame politics, governors, incentives to work or go on strike, or etc. No one can single-handedly do anything useful if not given any semblance of a start point so to speak. So talking of initiatives or actions is missing the point very much.

Why are you condensing my points to "blaming" something, I never mean to blame someone, in fact, my point was to take action and question why such problems persist.

maybe you should start with your reading comprehension as a starter to understand why this is gigafucked.
and i did mention it is a collective spirit. u also have responsibility in it. u r also part of the reason why the system is failing if you aren't actively speaking up. do it. try it and see it for yourself.
