think about how a stock rises, there are consolidations, breaks up and down, etc... but if its a good stock, long term, it goes up

well good analogy. btw if u ever wanna invest in stocks, its pointless unless u have at least $5M cash

ik how stocks work yea. And I disgaree about 5m. i think like 100k is enough.

100k is nothing
Let’s do the math.
The market annual average return is 12%.
This is true for any stock market in the world.
“Very good years” —> u get 13-14%
“Very bad years” —> u get 8-10%

So what’s 12% of 100k? 12k.
That’s 12k/year.
That’s nothing bro, what are u gonna do with 12000 dollars living in the west?

Let’s do the math for $5M, 12% of $5M is $600K, which after taxes, is $398K. Which is like GOOD.

You might say oh im sure if I research and invest I might do good, even the Top Hedge Fund Managers at Wall Street do 15-20% that’s it, and this is with the best of the best algorithms and programs that literally track every news, every variable, every finance metric and every decision that the company does.
And mind you, these hedge funds, at least at the “mid-level” have fund sizes of around $300M on average. And this is for the mid sized funds.

Dawg you need a lot of money to make money it’s simply what it is
