i have a collection of cool mineral stones

I have obsidian, quartz and amethyst (and a lot of other granitic rock that looks less impressive)

I used to collect stones younger, hoping I find some ammonite fossil or sth

whats the use? just cosmetic?

I was trying to find dinosaur fossils. 

I have them in a plastic bag in the basement somewhere.

I bought the amethyst, it just looked nice. Rest look like shit.

cool. can you believe i'm so not interested that i didn't open half the boxes to see what kinda stone i have.
