a) fasting lowers ur basal metabolic rate since ur body believes ur starving, people on biggest loser and stuff have permantly impaired metabolci rate, this will fuckw ith ur body and decrease weightloss ability

Enough adipose to keep me alive and about the metabolism I will be active throughout the day (not intense workout), like moving around with walking, fidgeting, just staying active
Yeah it’s very hot here rn, but it’s just gonna help me sweat out a lot more, and make me drink water and more electrolytes constantly keeping me hydrated
im not denying fasting wont slow my metabolism, it will, but i will eventually get back to eating. most people fuck up all their fast during the refeeding process. it is to be taken slow and with the right foods slow since the gut doesnt have enough bacteria to help produce the right enzymes as they would've died off. it is a slow process to rebuild the gut. it is what it is.
