turns out alcohol really does rot your brain

i took too many hypnotics and snris with alcohol throughout the day on saturday and ended up shaking like i was being electrocuted for 3 days. couldn't type (i barely posted because it would take me 10 minutes to make the post readable), couldn't hold glasses and plates, couldn't walk down the stairs because my legs were just randomly twitching, and my voice was extremely shaky. my mom, brother and a colleague i was with on saturday noticed it within a minute



time to reset and stop coping with this bs

the first time i had the shakes i just chalked it up to being cold, looking back i realize how retarded i was


i have cut down to <10 drinks a day now, but it's fucking hard when it's your only source of dopamine

after a while, i just had to stop telling myself my entire body was on techno mode because it was "only" 18°C

agree with the rest, so hard to give up such a cheap and simple lifehack (even if it's not really a hack since it rapes your body in unimaginable ways)
