ive been grinding 10hrs/day studying for the past 3 days
i have noticed i significantly feel lighter, im unironically super active in the short 10 min breaks i take inbetween, walking around the house with good speed, feeling hungry a lot more, and feeling good when eating carbs as compared to having a feeling of "fuck i feel lethargic" post eating carbs
is this just a placebo or is there some scientificĀ backing to this?
mostĀ i can come up with is, my glycogen levels tanking gigafast since all of it is going to my brain and the body speeding up metabolism to keep glycogen in check
