Hormones are mere combinations of these parts, with no specific significance, even estrogen is just testosterone with less mass.

Testosterone is just cholesterol, with some nitrogen added.

The only significance of nitrogen and oxygen is they are charged. Atp uses them for chemical reactions. 

Likewise testosterone carries both fat and reactive molecules, testosterone itself has no activity, it just breaks into other molecules that have activity. 

The remaining hormones are pitiably irrelevant and are even more basic combinations.
