But it’s not delayed puberty more so the amount of IGF-1 ur body can dump into ur blood stream before those T hormones fuse ur bone plates
And no vegetarians are not tall, they lack the nutrients to produce quality and high serum IGF-1 levels in the blood in the first place
It has nothing to do with igf. Saturated fat raises igf and lowers height. It is entirely a low T trait, the only other factor is if you have health problems. Height is the biggest indicator of low T, it's just that high T is usually offset with obesity later in life.
It does, that’s how you grow. Somatropin is the precursor to IGF-1, the amount of somatropin released in ur body is regulated by ur hypothalamus.
It’s based on your nutrition and environment.
Igf has minimal effect. Gigantism is treated with testosterone, igf blockers are not used. The main effect of igf would be to cause hyperinsulemia and shrink testicles just like exogenous testosterone does.
