Ok how do I put this,
It’s legit when these ingredients are PURE, NATURAL, and not consumed together.
Like real fertilizer free carrots and unpasteurized milk, yeah they are good af for u.
But most chit is so processed these days there’s barely anything.
And they add other preservatives and artificial sweeteners that u just end up gaining weight cuz the liver can’t metabolize it
