There are a lot of absolute *facepalm* comments like this
But there’s at least hope since there are also a good amount of comments like this:
Idk, if I'm a woman I want to be cooking meals for my family not packing lunch boxes. I feel like theres a difference.
I mean, packing boneless wings and granola bars? Doesn't give the impression that you're a the foundation for a real man and your family but more like the aforementioned pampering of some boy.
You’re not getting my point here.
This was just an example to show how a lot of people are repulsed at the thought of a traditional gender role in society.
Yeah granola bars and wings aren’t good food but that wasn’t what they were clowning about. They were repulsed at her efforts to be a wife who packs her husband’s lunch.
I didn't misunderstand I just disagree, I think if she posted a vid of her cooking a full chicken meal with salad for dinner or something they'd be supportive. I think its about the way shes doing it specifically. Its just the vibe of that vid how shes making baby food and all super specific and stuff with a heated lunch box like hes an autistic child. Real niggas can just wrap up some leftovers in tin foil and be fine. I'd want to be romantic and supportive for my husband not all specific like this over his work lunch.
Yeah that’s what, this is just 1 example, im talking in general where there are such shunned comments for legit fully hand cooked meals.
They’d just simply say “granola bars lol” if they meant where you were coming from, that such food is not sufficient, but alas the roots of their words are different, they are averse to it
