Fruit is pretty much a dopamine food while high fatty meats are the closest thing to a natural "copium" (not saying i don't enjoy)

i see the idea of paleo diet and evolution as a contradiction with basic logic.

science and the scientific method is legit bc it's just working on inductive/deductive reasoning

when they look at the distant past there are assumptions behind it that are totally arbitrary (immutability, no aliens ect)

and throw out anything that might be a direct source from that time as something with 0 value while obsessing on the 

you can say it's probably true but have to knowledge it's complex speculation based on 12 half proven pieces that is trumped by any direct evidence (it taste good vs paleo man ate it)

if you drill down on one of these evolutionary scientists, sometimes they admit, yes, this is not a fact but a web of orthodox assumptions made only because it's useful in context

if you ask one of these guys how exactly it is useful (it isn't)

their justification is the categories they use are useful to others in the field who change their decisions based on these.

thing is, it's still totally arbitrary what changes actually happen because it's just shifting imaginary definitions lawyer style.

every 20 years or so new tech comes around that lets them re-examine everything
