they don't plant people for no reason dude. the 'alt-right' barely existed back then, it was causal/karmic reaction to post-Obama leftie nonsense. the polarized political situation you see is entirely recent, they'd never want that. if you want to see this see the 2020 lockdown that was borderline Orwellian on dissidents. why would they want people thinking any different
