the phenomena was entirely organic. by that I mean the memes and the 'cult-like' support. if you see no other politician has it, Biden memes are extremely artificial and his support by minorities that have the 'spotlight' on and pushed as majority by algorithm. see the difference between Twitter pre- and post-Musk. politicians that somehow have it are not American, for example; Bolsonaro, Putin

by organic do you mean socially engineered? if so then yes I agree. clever (((parties))) understood the undercurrent of political feeling back during the 2010s and socially engineered this genuine political impulse into something that was ultimately fake. 

yeah the memes and support were real, but the people doing it were ultimately being manipulated
