The mayans for example didnt have castles because they didnt interact with medieval peoples who did. They did have pyramids though which are supposedly just huge tombs for the royalty/super rich and/or served a religious function. Weird how they independently came up with this very specific architecture to cater for a very specific niche "need". You'd have a point if they were employing pyramids for every day infrastructure. But they werent.

no you retard. my point is that 99% monuments barely have utility

ur entire post is 'gee i wonder why there are super wealthy bluebloodlines wasting tons of resource and slave labor on monumental vitrine-objects that barely have any public utility if at all' doesn't that sound too familiar? almost as if it isnt happening at this very moment

>a triangle is a specific architecture

I already explained to you. and yeah, they didn't have castles bc they didnt have the tech at the time, but the triangle was the easiest structure of monumental proportions that most were able to build. similar to now, most are able to build the exact same buildings with slighty variance except for total utter shtoles in middle africa

to put it bluntly ur question of 'why they build that' has a simple answer (as i provided) and it doesnt require giants or wizard magicians. its also more of a question of 'can' and not 'why' - why did the Twin Towers exist, ofc ull answer money but why did they exist if the cost to utility ratio didnt match and could be done at any other skyscraper?
Except the pyramids do have utility you stupid fucktard.

And skyscrapers were invented by a specific civilization and spread elsewhere through contact. Same thing with castles. The pyramids werent. They came about independently and just happen to be used for the same purpose everywhere.
