I feel so subhuman rn
Like seriously is there anything more humbling than catching the cold
Seriously, this is even with me taking zinc, 1000%+ RDI vitamin C daily
I feel the exact same as when I 'supposedly' caught COVID in 2021, same symptoms
Anyway, I guess Dr Lorraine Day got to me cuz she says getting colds = your fault. Cuz of the way you've been eating, living, handling stress, etc. Always easy to blame the person you supposedly caught it from
