[Black Pill] I suffer from severe intrusive thoughts and compulsive obessions

I have debilitating intrusive thoughts where it sends me into physical pain for a few seconds where I am frozen it affects me socially greatly furthermore I have compulsions like washing my hands and cleaning things and also avoiding light etc which greatly affects my physical health

this is a problem but its just a result of my extremely high iq
