It’s literally the difference between looking like a simp vs looking like a valuable grown ass man. You don’t wanna go crazy until you have neck issues, but you should be training the neck twice a week, front, side and back. Amazing things happen to your public image when your neck grows, especially if you find a healthy way to add muscle thickness to the side neck muscles. This is most critical. When the side muscles of the neck are well developed is when you are viewed as a grown ass man!
