And since you said skin, the best thing you can supplement is hands down Gluthatione. And not some coping amount, a minimum of 3000mg/day.
Vitamin C as well, about 4000-5000mg/day.
Both need to be liposomal. Other forms are really not that potent.
You can supplement zinc too, but make sure it’s zinc gluconate.
At max 25mg/day and it should be split so that u don’t consume more than 10mg/every 5 hours.
Apart from that it’s not really worth supplementing anything besides Vit d and Magnesium, which are not much help for skin.
