yeah PSL uses a conventional percentile rating system like the one I just posted, not your convoluted weighted one that you talked about in two separate comments on page 2:

I dont care about chico or o pry or their ratings. this is a question that youre imposing on me. from the get go I have always been criticizing your weighted system, this has been my ONLY position IIRC. if you disagree with the way that chico or opry is rated then take it up with someone else, I literally dont care about this at all.
