this makes no sense. a 5/10 should be 50th percentile. I have no idea where youre getting the logic for your looks weighting from

the average person would use a looks scale that is something like what im envisioning; they wouldnt be using this "4/10 is 75th percentile" type stuff. that makes no sense at all

No it does make sense, percentile is different from raw score.
The distribution of Lookz is normal (bell curve) and not equal.

What you say would you be correct if 10% of the population was 1/10, 10% of the population was 2/10, 10% of the population was 3/10.. and so on.

But it’s not that way.
Barely 2% of the population is 1/10, but there are more 3/10 girls, more than 10%.

So? Just because the average person lacks the comprehension skills, doesn’t mean I’m gonna change it and make it less accurate

secondly, youre entitled to use whatever rubric you want, but dont expect people to be able to understand it
