in all fairness I was insinuating that this is problematic because it seems to be a possibility, not because it definitely is. yeah "technically" you wont get in trouble with the law but you could end up being one of those fringe cases where you get caught up for something else. or, what if the forum owner has CP on his personal computer and as part of a fed crackdown they confiscate his personal computer and then find the CP?

what im saying is that the reality is not as cleancut as you make it. there are many ways for things to go badly

its not my fault if admin has CP and gets busted. if you run a LOOKISM forum, I'm not sure where you can go bad unless someone goes ER and brings attention to u and the site like puahate. as far i as know no one has shot up a place claiming lookism.net radicalized them. seems fairly clear cut to me.

youre being autistic here. im telling you that there are a lot of tertiary, "possible" risks to owning a forum. I explicitly explained this in the last post but it went over your head. nothing is ever clear cut in life

the fact you didnt understand the example about CP speaks volumes. let me explain it again for you:

1.be forum owner

2.enjoy CP and probably have traces of it all over your computer

3.considering that you have illegal material on your computer are you going to be more or less willing to stay under the radar?

it doesnt even have to be CP, I just use it because its the most striking example. the point is, if you own a forum and something bad goes down then youre at risk of having your personal life getting invaded by the feds. that would make anyone feel uncomfortable whether or not they have anything to hide

you lack reading comprehension and seem to have an unrealistic understanding of reality. you seem like someone that relied on your "perfect theoretical logic" to get vaxxed and boosted too

i read and understood your post the first time you wordcel faggot. I'm saying its not my fault if admin likes CP or whatever, he should 1) not have that 2) close the forum not on random regardless

this isnt about you though, its about why owning a forum would be stressful and not worth it to many people. 

how can you expect to be taken seriously when you dont even remember the original point of this debate?
