agree a lot with limiting poultry and pork, when u don't eat chicken for 3 days and consume it again, u will definitely see the difference in quality of protein.
and i think carbs (tubers and fruits, that is) are to be consumed as equally as meat, i think they need a shared spaced at the bottom of the food pyramid.

you can eat more then 3 ounces of liver but not much more then 6 since you will get possilbe copper zinc imbalances vitamin a imbalances with bone nutrients as well....
once u reach 3-6 ounces its better to focus on other organs and they sometimes taste better like heart
people are pretty low on copper zinc due to high exposure to materials that inhibit its absorption like phthalates and xenoestrogens
3 is good for surviving but 6-7 ideal for maxxing our ur liver.
and yeah heart is a very good organ, very tasty too. brain as well. brain tastes like eggs.
