i dont think 3 ounces of liver is enough

ideally minimum 6-7 ounces/week, the high vit a is not that harmful, its just fearmongering

agree a lot with limiting poultry and pork, when u don't eat chicken for 3 days and consume it again, u will definitely see the difference in quality of protein.

and i think carbs (tubers and fruits, that is) are to be consumed as equally as meat, i think they need a shared spaced at the bottom of the food pyramid.
