Well, we have to consider, to what extent something does not have agency. Women are mostly autonomous other than when Evil comes into play. It's kind of like, your stove is free to sit dormant until you turn it on. In the same way, women are free to do what they want until Evil takes the reins. But point #2 is just another observation of a specific aspect of their desire for evil.
