but it won't increase my salary or anything, it's pretty much the same outcome to me as if i helped them save $1000 dollars except for maybe people in senior management is gonna see the number and my name associated with it and think im amazing but who cares if they think im amazing if they won't give me more money to show for it.

and to make everything worse, we only got a 10% bonus this year
