very little harm done, maybe some estrogens that can be reversed with anti-estrogenic food combo some chemicals that r in everything else

@ bold:

Cage

its so much harm done when pasteurized son, no nutrient contents left when that shit gets pasteurized jfl

mirin zogged mind
doesn't matter

most ppl r fine eating majority 0 nutrient food

aka grains, rice, ect

even sugars

it's about daily nutrient values, eating all "nutritious foods" won't do anything if nutrition values aren't met

??

stop being stupid man

eating 1/10 nutrients is better than eating 0 nutrients

how am i wrong? What matters is reaching daily nutrition requirements. Not hard with right added nuts, fruits, eggs even if eating grains/white sugar.

extra nutrients/all nutrient rich foods = meaningless
