all milk sold in stores is either
- pasteurized if very pure ("pure healthy milk with fat")
- made from water with calcium and chalk and oil and other crap ("Skimmed milk", "vegan milk", etc)
- reduced to remove all the nutrients ("low fat milk")
- made from nuts ("almond milk", etc)

only drink if it is is unpasteurized, unheated, straight from cattle, preferably from a farmer u know

true but pasteurized/nutrients removed is fine for nutrition/subsitence purposes even if not optimal

very little harm done, maybe some estrogens that can be reversed with anti-estrogenic food combo some chemicals that r in everything else
