I go to Toronto like 2x a year
I'm in Montreal. There's a widespread myth that Montreal > Toronto in terms of partying, (Montreal is a much smaller city), "mOnTrEaL is a PaRtY CiTy aNd tOrOnTo iS a BuSiNeSs CiTy," but it's bs lol
Anyway here there's like 1 street especially known for partying (Saint Laurent), which is a few minutes' drive outside of downtown, but I swear you see nothing but university-aged kids at late hours
Then downtown Montreal itself there are more night life places which are dispersed, I have less experience there but that's where you have a higher chance of seeing 25-35 crowds imo
Anyway in the last few months Ive been going to oldcel places (average age 45+ lol), bingo halls/bars with slot machines which are within the island of Montreal but well outside the city centre and I wanted to change things up tbh
Thx for reading my novel bro
