really doubt it, if anything the girl's might get fired / not given the chance for promotions cause they are stirring up shit for no reason and that is frowned upon at work

Yeah ideally that, but since the girl is posting on reddit about this so openly, it must be a super cringe workplace that she is seriously considering it

or more than likely she is a cringe 24 year old from college who thinks how people act in college is how people act in the real world and is gonna get a rude awakening at one point when she argues with management at her company

are women this entitled in the US?
do they think they deserve attention all the time? my friend told me its bad bad but it cant be this bad
(i dont mean them reporting to the hr for trivial things, thats of course just this woman)
