you do legs at evening on monday and then do them again on the tuesday morning?
also, how do you combine all of that with the boxing and other sports you mentioned?
Those sports were when I was until in school.
This is my current gym routine, I told you.
And Yeah tibialis hamstrings and hip flexors on Monday evening, quads and calves on Tuesday morning
