yes, but the alarming ones were the reported on primates. the shrinkage reported in humans isn't worrisome, and confounders such as metabolism can be reverted. what i'd be worried, is the long-term alterations on substantia nigra, and so parkisonism

6-7% on humans is also a lot

yes, because it induces drowsiness? it's supposed to make you slower, i don't get your point. i mean you would need to say what type of AP, and for how long they have been on it, also weight before and after
