i never understood those guys

i wouldnt even wear lifts at 5ft5 simply because you can lose much more by signalling your insecurity to people than (which will many interpret as a societal admission to ridicule you, since most people can't see the line between mocking someone's appearance and just using negative psychological stereotypes as a proxy to do it) you can win by going from, idk, 5ft7 to 5ft8.5
