What’s your strongest trait (from a personality standpoint)

My strongest trait would be being direct.

I don’t beat around the Bush when I’m talking to someone, just cutting to the point while using enough vocabulary depending on the setting (more relaxed with friends and more nuanced on emails etc) and still being brutally direct and honest.
