There is no light without illumination and vice versa,no cause without effect and vice versa,and no doer without deed and these are absolutely one and the same,the union of opposites and since everything has causal efficacy,everything has Shiva nature.

There is no inertness,and non existance is non existent by its own definition.

Consciousness bliss is everything and knowledge itself is an action and action cannot exist without an actor which cannot be inert,since the concept of nonmotion and inertness is false.

If Shiva had no potency or action he would be inert.

Consciousness is the fundemental reality.
