I wanna go to Ohrid. Apparently it's pretty a good place for vacation and a few hrs from where I live. But I wanna improve my macedonian first because I'd be embarrassed.

Next time I go I want to be even more fluent, but yeah it's a beautiful place

I think you would also like Bitola, it's the most unique city in the Balkans imo

just some words and phrases i picked from my grandma, I can understand a bit but it's almost impossible to speak

I'm not really motivated to learn because all the "slavic" people in my family speak greek only nowadays, and they look down on the language

I have a friend from skopje and I might visit him soon, maybe we cut the distance in half and meet in bitola
