Chill on computer for a while (discord mostly, often combined with YouTube).
Go for an hour long walk once it's bright (to get vitamin D and exercise, to help with sleeping and general health)
Return home, then cycle between annoying brother, staring out of windows, using computer.
If it's gym day then my schedule changes cos I have to shower and get changed and stuff
Somehow I'm feeling like this is good way to spend time. I've returned to the positivity train.
@lonelyjakwhy you sleeping during the day if you want to fix sleep
cuz im a tard
ngl your daily routine sounds very comfy. especially the part about walkies and exercise. I lead a very sedentary lifestyle right now and it makes me feel like crap. I occasionally go for walks but its not a regular thing
I stopped walking over Christmas cos it was so dark, wet, and icy. But I started walking again this past week while trying to fix my sleep, and it probs helped
