complications are real and avoiding surgery for other treatments is best thats as far as my claims go

but we should prevent it so ppl like u dont get sleep apena bad looks etc
on another note how you sit can cut of your blood flow to your head so proper posture is imporant if u had sleep apnea and that caused you depression
