mike mew says that you can gain from palate in most adults but its slow and that might entail some face changes but thats about it, if you think anything else you have been mislead by his videos about what is possible in children

mike mew doesnt advice for someone to not get a life saving surgery if he or someone else is not available to treat the problem, but yet again its pretty much only in children this even is talked about since mewing without natural growth of a child probably cant prevent a surgery situation

him being able to prevent surgery through his treatment is 100% proven by multiple examples in children and this video bellow debunks ur claim about him advising against surgery in adults considering what i said
