Not just a theory, very provable, already proven. If you become a bodybuilder and eat a lot even without trying to optimize everything for accumulating bone, your bone will still increase, and happens to everyone more or less in a minor way compared to the muscle difference, but a lot of conscious people will still notice it happening to them
Vitamin D, calcium, magnesium, and zinc
these are vitamins, you are probably not deficent
these are just memes by people who want to "stack" and feel good for popping placebo pills
