steps are excluded because they are counted at moderate activity daily losertownformula
and yes, I agree 4-5kg of fat is probably insane progress, but I feel like it's mostly water and muscle mass when you cut this much, idk
once you get lean, you should never let yourself get fat again, lol. It ain't worth doing this shit all over.
