My head hurts as if i hit it against something

But i don't remember hitting it wtf

sometimes when I dont sleep enough ill get these random sensitive areas on my skin; currently I have one around the base of my neck and on my left hand. its the kind of sensation where its just barely noticeable but enough to keep you from fully relaxing. its about as annoying as a papercut on your finger, so its very annoying
