ideal results, must of worked out a lot I bet
I started weight cut in September and according to losertown I'd be 12 kg lighter by now (I restrict heavily and exercise) but so far I've only managed to lose 7 kg.
And the last 1-2kg I've been putting on and off for the last month, it's pure horseshit, my metabolism has been nuked and I probably have lower T than mvp.
My mood also fluctuates from depressed to suicidal and I break diet or not work out lately, it's a pain.
I was tracking my weight initially at my blog projfalan.xyz but gave up, it's all so hopeless.
