to summarize my point from the op - people in this community ridicule redditors for their copes, when they are actually the ones to realize the severity of their situation and just do the bare minimum to take care of themselves, since they know significant improvements are off the table (so they fill that gap with trying to be positive about life instead of turning into neurotic psychos spending 16 hours per day in a dark room arguing about race and hating on every population group every other retard hates thinking they are being original for it)

meanwhile, "based" PSLers perpetuate way more copes that are 1. inefficient, 2. often dangerous, 3. extremely fucking stupid and autistic, and are so oblivious to realize it works for maybe 0.001% of the population since our level of sexual attractiveness is innate and hardwired into our dna.

sure, you can make minor tweaks to improve yourself (specially losing weight if you are fat), but the difference it makes will be negligible when it comes to actually getting better results, no matter how much you convince yourself you are "a mogger" (cringe) now. but that doesnt work that way anyway, most people who choose that path find another flaw that's holding them back a week after getting the previous one sorted out
