I have not NUTTED in 19 day i do No Nut april
I dont feel as inferior to others as i normally feel in social situations. I dont get that adrenaline n cortisol spike that i would normally get if others talk to me or look at me or ask me questions.
Im still INTROVERTED because thats hardwired but the diffrence is on SEA MEN RETENTION i am acceptance about being INTROVERTED. I no longer force myself to talk n act normal or stress myself about having to say the "right" answers if NORMIES questions me. Like on SEA MEN RETENTION its easier to just "brush it off" anything that NORMIES say or ask me.
You care less about others opinion of you when you on SEA MEN RETENTION this leads to a decrease in ANXIETY
