Couldn't sleep all night despite being extremely tired

Lay in bed for hours in dark to no avail.

Now I have headache and feel awful. Completely threw off my plan for today (going to gym) but I might just drink coffee and go anyway, then try to fall asleep while sunbathing (so at least I'll be doing something mildly "productive", although weather doesn't even seem good enough for it)

Woe is me!
