Quit caffeine and substitute in cold showers.

Cold showers for 30 seconds are the equivalent of two shots of espresso 

When I start getting depressed I build in these anti-depression regiments that have worked well 

1. Wake up at 4:30AM 

2. No drugs/caffeine/cigarettes

3. Cardio exercise

4. Fasting 

5. Bed early

6. Meditation 

Does anyone else have any good things they do to combat depression?
