Has anyone here dealt with panic attacks? How did you overcome them?

I feel like I'm going to die and my heart rate rapidly goes up 

Then I remember everything you taught me about how to become a Megastar, and what intergalactic meant to both of us, and how you always used to tell me you fell asleep at the beach... and it just calms me down back to manageable levels
